Wellness Expo 2025
Sisters For Life Health and Wellness Expo brings over 1,200 attendees to Downtown Mobile. This event celebrates women who are the backbone of our families, communities and many job industries and many are also business owners, activists, political figures, educators, and community figures who have worked effortlessly to contribute greatly to society. We bring health and wellness experts and resources together in one space to educate women on what is available for their wellness needs. Our mission is to eliminate racial disparities in healthcare, increase diversity in health research, provide workshops that, and experts who will educate us about available health resources that will help us live in overall wellness: physical, mental, financial, social. The day features, speakers, panels, Mental Health breakout sessions, Teen Girl workshops, free health screenings, legal advice, vendors for shopping, fashion shows, entertainment and so much fun! This event features speakers, panels, local vendors, a fashion show, and more!

Trunks of Treats!
October 26, 2025!
Each year, Nspire U! teams up with multiple organizations to bring a safe, contactless Halloween Experience for our community. Parents can drive their kids through to receive treats from reputable businesses and organizations. This saves the hassle of getting in and out of the vehicle as well as eliminates the concern about safety of the treats.
