At the inaugural Sisters For Life Health and Wellness Expo 2023 we had over 1,200 attendees that kicked this event off in style. Women are the backbone of our families, communities and many job industries and many are also business owners, activists, political figures, educators, and community figures who have worked effortlessly to contribute greatly to society. Our mission is to celebrate these deserving women. Although there are many events in the city, there is not one that specifically focuses on the overall health of women. We would like to change that narrative by offering an event that highlights, educates, and empowers women to live an overall healthy lifestyle. The Sisters For Life Health and Wellness Expo is a day of education, workshops, panels, speakers, and entertainment. All of these components focus on fostering healthier lifestyles, spirit, mind, and body. Our keynote speakers and panelists consist of experts from these fields. We also have vendors for shopping, fashion shows, a DJ and musical artists for entertainment, beauty tips from experts, financial sessions, relationship discussions, education, job recruitment, fitness experts, dietary experts, etc. throughout the day. General admission is $10 for adults 18 and up, $5 for teen girls workshops (ages 10 to 16) $20 for VIP packages which include an S4L bag, a t-shirt, 2 Nspire U! custom glasses, and a free 360 photo.
